What is Arizn?
Arizn is a crowdfunding platform built on blockchain Ethereum. A fully transparent book that anyone can publicly view.
Arizn uses smart contracts to provide products that offer digital stock assets, equity, backed assets or loans based on cryptocurrency campaign fundraising on our platform.
This allows founders, new companies and existing businesses to align their projects and create accessible, liquid, and transparent offers for potential funders.

These tokens are called ALT tokens, they represent Accountability, Liquidity and Transparency which are the core principles of Arizn.

The founder will use our intuitive wizard to create a proper crowdfunding campaign, this campaign ends as a smart ECR20 contract and sent to Ethereum blockchain.

It will manage all the functions associated with receiving cryptocurrency capital, disbursement of funds and distribution of dividends or automatic gains. The distribution of global wealth is very unbalanced, a problem that has affected every country, community, and nation on this earth for as long as we can remember.

Recently we have noticed that the "Status Quo" is being challenged, new technology and better chosen for its irritating quality.

A perfect example is the birth of blockchain, a distributed ledger originally designed to serve as a payment system. There have been many improvements since the birth of blockchain and the Ethereum network is our focal point.

Blockchain is designed as a favorable payment system of a second layer of functionality that enables smart contracting. Also known as DAPP, this decentralized app is part of the computer code created by the developer. They are designed to independently fulfill functions within a predetermined environment, they operate in a way without trust.

This unique smart contract will generate an ALT ECR20 token in return for cryptocurrency funds.

Market Problems
The crowdfunding market is a potentially lucrative but dangerous space. The main problem is related to the fact that there are thousands of crowdfunding portals or CFPs. This means that the sector has a very broad focus, with very diverse information and results. Issues in this space affect founders and funders alike but are different.

  • Arizn created a crowdfunding platform built on blockchain Ethereum. A fully distributed wholly transparent booklet that anyone can see publicly.
  • Arizn uses smart contracts to provide products that offer digital stock, equity, backed-asset or loan-based assets in exchange for campaign funding on our platform. This means that founders, new companies and existing businesses can lend to their crowdfunding and create attractive and liquid offers for potential supporters.
  • These tokens are called ALT tokens, they represent Accountability, Liquidity and Transparency which are the core principles of Arizn.
Ecosystems
1 - Platform crowdfunding Tokenised on blockchain (Arizn)
  • The platform is designed to use AALT tokens as the base currency, supporters use them to fund projects and founders receive AALT tokens as acceptable form of contracted funding. Founders use the dAPP wizard to flag their campaign, business or crowdfunding assets and offer the appropriate token to potential supporters.
  • Arizn allows accredited Investors and unaccredited investors to access the same market and encourage funding through transparent, attractive and intimate products that reward supporters with instantly transferable and transferable ALT tokens that can be traded instantly.
2 - Decentralized ECR20 token exchange (LiquiDEX)
  • A smart ECR20-based contractual exchange that is decentralized and functioning independently without human involvement. An integrated trading gubernatorial group and execute trades on behalf of users and allow them to maintain their private key.
  • The exchange serves as a secondary market that allows ALT token holders to have instant liquidity.

 

Finally
All the usual functions you expect to see on the surface. All functions are performed on Arizn but since smart contracts are created for all campaigns compiled into the main network, they can interact with outside Arizn. It makes sense that Arizn would be the platform of choice as users benefit from the collection of highly liquid communities and markets generated by this activity.

We are very happy to share Arizn with the world. The development team is currently four months ahead of schedule, we have completed the November 2018 update.

September 2017 -
Complete Closed Beta Testing is deployed in Ropsten. Successfully deploy 4 ECR20 templates with wizard, wallet creation, purchase from ICO / DAICO no problem.

March 2018 - Complete
Closed 2.0 Beta is deployed in Ropsten. Additional DAPP tests, asset transfer (p2p), BTC, BCH, ZEC, LTC cold wallet testnet Successful

June 2018 - Completed
full Beta version on Ethereum's main network in ICO & social network mode, only allow AALT crowdfunding campaign to facilitate ICO sales.

November 2018 -
Test Platform Open Beta 3.0 (Ropsten) Complete, All ICO features will be available, create ICO / DAICO, ALT shift, ETH, ZEC, LTC, BTC, BCH wallet, 200+ ECR20 token purse, Promotion features

December 2018
LiquiDEX spread in Ropsten or open testnet / hackathon. More details TBA

February 2019,
Arizn full platform test deployed on Ropsten testnet, the last phase of testing

May 2019
The official launch of the Arizn crowdfunding platform on mainnet, the launch of a full-featured launch day.
