UBANX


What is Ubanx?

Ubanx is a blockchain-agnostic platform, and its initial release will use the Ethereum ERC20 token known as BANX
. In some cases, Community Members must spend their BANX Tokens; and on the other hand, simply holding a certain number of BANX Tokens will gain access to benefits. This includes, for example, the Ubanx Wallet Application to purchase, sell and transfer cryptocurrencies seamlessly, the Professional Crypto Exchange where fees can be paid using Token BANX, as well as access to our Ubanx Room
(physical location) to onboard, learn and connect. Although the ecosystem of cryptocurrency is a global phenomenon, mass adoption is still a delayed subject, especially in the conversion from consciousness into usage. That is why the need for physical location is essential to create the trust necessary for the general public to understand and adopt this new technology. This is the reason why Ubanx plans to open its Spaces at key locations
, where the local community can learn about the latest developments in financial services and instruments from Ubanx blockchain specialists. The mission of Ubanx is to be a bridge between the early and late majority, allowing both to be a part of it, through strategies that include digital products and physical space operated by either Ubanx (Flagship) or by society (Webanx).

How does it work

Ubanx will focus primarily on content from blockchain, finance, economy, commerce, and cyber security. Students and instructors will benefit from the Ubanx payment system to pay, collect, exchange, and track education services that can be used regardless of whether they are online or offline. This may include, for example, incentive schemes to motivate working professionals to complete the courses normally paid by their employers. To reduce the level of friction in professional education, entrepreneurs can offer Banx Tokens as incentives. When students reach different milestones (for example, to complete weekly assignments, take exams or complete courses), BANX Tokens are sent to your Ubanx account.


Bonus Stages

Buyers in pre-sales will receive additional Tokens ("Bonus Sheets") as follows:

- Purchase of each buyer will receive a bonus token of 20% of the value purchased.

- Each buyer (1) buys more than 100,000 euros in a single purchase and (2) determined by the company in its sole discretion and absolute to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional 5% bonus tokens.

- Each buyer (1) buys more than EUR 500,000 in a single purchase and (2) is determined by the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional 10% Bonus Token.

- Each buyer (1) buys more than 1,000,000 chips in EUR amounts in a single purchase and (2) determined by the Company in its sole discretion and absolute to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional 20% bonus tokens.

- Personal pre-sale will expire on May 31, 2018 or when Token Presale is sold, taking into account bonus tokens.

General sales will begin one week after pre-sale expires, with 25% token allocation ("public sale"). It will end in the first case: (i) when a public sale symbol has been sold (taking into account the bonus symbol) or (ii) a date that is at least 60 days after commencement of general sales.

This allocation will be created in some 50M tokens and when the process moves to the next stage, the token price will increase.

The general sales buyer will receive the bonus token as follows
- Any buyer who buys more than 1,000 EUR of Token in a single purchase will receive a Bonus Token valued at 10% of the value purchased.
- Any buyer who buys more than 10,000 Euros in a single purchase will receive a bonus tokens worth 20% of the value purchased.- Each buyer (1) buys more than 100,000 euros in one purchase and (2) determined by the company in its sole and absolute discretion to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional bonus token of 5%.


- Each buyer (1) buys more than EUR 500,000 in one purchase and (2) is determined by the Company, at its sole and absolute discretion to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional 10% Bonus Token.
- Each buyer (1) purchases more than 1,000,000 chips in the amount of EUR in one purchase and (2) is determined by the Company in its own and absolute policy to become a strategic buyer, will receive an additional bonus token of 20%.

Token Details:
BANX is an ERC20 token at the center of the Ubanx ecosystem. This will be a medium to allow third parties to operate the Ubanx Room through Ubanx RTO (Right to Operate). Ubanx will distribute a total of 1 billion tokens. Initial Token Sales will have Personal Pre-Sales to distribute 35% of the token supply ("Pre-Sales Tokens"), with General Sales distributing an additional 25% ("Public Sales Tokens"). Only participants who register themselves can buy BANX Tokens. On April 23, 2018 Personal Pre-Sales will be aired, where the Price per Token will be 0.12 EUR for all Pre-Sales Tokens. Token BANX
